Clinic Manager

Keith Travers is the clinic manager and a graduate of the Physical Therapy program of University of Missouri at Columbia. He specializes in manual therapy and has achieved the prestigious Manual Therapy Certification through the University of St. Augustine. Keith was also recognized by Chicago Magazine as one of the top PT’s in the Chicagoland area for 2014 and 2015.  Keith’s other areas of expertise include worker’s compensation, lower limb prosthetics, aquatic rehabilitation, vestibular/ balance treatment as well as golf and sports injuries. He sees physical therapy’s future taking on a strong preventative role with patients being seen on a biannual basis to maintain treatment and workout programs for prevention of musculoskeletal disorders.

 

Lindsey Hanna, MS, PT, DPT

Lindsey Hanna, MS, PT, DPT graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, IL in May 2016 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She worked as an exercise physiologist in cardiac and cancer rehab for several years before deciding to return to school to pursue her degree in physical therapy. Her passion for working with the cancer rehab population is the reason she decided to become a physical therapist. Seeing the direct impact that exercise made in the lives of her cancer rehab participants drove her to want to do more to help. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, reading, exploring the city, and being near the lakefront as much as possible.

Rebekah Lavin, PT, DPT

Rebekah Lavin, PT, DPT graduated from Northwestern University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has taken continuing education in Mulligan concept evaluation and treatment. Over the course of her career, she has treated a wide range of patient diagnoses and has a strong interest in orthopedic and athletic based conditions, especially those related to the performing arts. When not at work, Rebekah enjoys running and working out, traveling, reading, and finding new spots in the city. Rebekah knew early on she wanted to work in the medical field and liked how closely physical therapist get to work with patients. I love that I get to be hands on with my patients and have the potential to positively change lives.

James Lee, MHA/ATC

Business Development Manager

James joined us at Sovereign Rehab in March of 2016 as our Business Development Manager.  He is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with Physician’s and other referral sources and expanding our presence in the community through social media.   He obtained his Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign in 2001, and his MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.  Prior to coming to Sovereign James worked as an Athletic Trainer with the Women’s Olympic Soccer Team, Professional Baseball, Professional Rugby, Women’s Olympic Field Hockey, and two Chicago area Universities. In his free time, James likes to hangout with family and friends, workout, play sports, go to sporting events, concerts, camping, hiking, kayaking, and fishing.
